Abstract
Sposób hartowania powierzchniowego wielkogabarytowych kół jezdnych i zębatych do zastosowań przemysłowych w zakresie utwardzenia, charakteryzujący się tym, że prowadzi się grzanie indukcyjne powierzchni tocznych dla stali do ulepszania cieplnego elektrodami pionowymi o długości obejmującej co najmniej szerokość hartowanego koła jezdnego rozmieszczonych w co najmniej w czterech punktach na obwodzie hartowanego koła, które obraca się, przy czym odległość elektrody od powierzchni hartowanej powierzchni wynosi od 2 do 10 mm, następnie po osiągnięciu ustalonej temperatury schładza zanurzeniowo, jednocześnie do uzyskania temperatury od 250°C do 500°C i poddaje procesowi stabilizacji, odprężenia struktury przez okres 30 minut, przy obracającym zahartowanym wielogabarytowym kole jezdnym lub zębatym, po czym przemieszcza na miejsce odkładcze.
