Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony na rysunku sposób zgrzewania paneli ogrodzeniowych, zwłaszcza z prętów metalowych w konfiguracji prętów na krzyż, w którym rzędy równoległych prętów wzdłużnych w określonych odstępach łączy się z rzędami prętów poprzecznych w punktach krzyżowania, i tworzy oczka określone przez odstęp pomiędzy prętami wzdłużnymi oraz prętami poprzecznymi. Sekwencja wykonywania zgrzein w rzędach od pierwszego i kolejnych do ostatniego polega na tym, że wykonuje się zgrzeiny w punktach krzyżowania w rzędzie każdorazowo na niesąsiadujących kolejnych prętach wzdłużnych w kierunku od krawędziowego pręta wzdłużnego panelu do jego środkowego pręta wzdłużnego, aż do wykonania wszystkich zgrzein w rzędzie. W odmianie sposobu sekwencje wykonywania zgrzein prowadzi się przemiennie w rzędach nieparzystych i parzystych, która różni się kierunkiem wykonywania zgrzein. W każdym parzystym rzędzie, od drugiego aż do ich wyczerpania, wykonuje się zgrzeiny w punktach krzyżowania każdorazowo na niesąsiadujących kolejnych prętach wzdłużnych w kierunku od środkowego pręta wzdłużnego panelu do zewnętrznego krawędziowego pręta wzdłużnego, aż do wykonania wszystkich zgrzein w rzędzie. W rzędach nieparzystych zgrzeiny wykonuje się w kierunku od krawędziowego pręta wzdłużnego panelu do jego środkowego pręta wzdłużnego.The subject of the application is a method of welding fence panels, shown in the drawing, especially from metal bars in a cross-bar configuration, in which rows of parallel longitudinal bars are connected at specific intervals to rows of transverse bars at crossing points, and meshes are formed defined by the spacing between the longitudinal bars and the transverse bars. In a variant of the method, the sequence of performing welds is performed alternately in odd and even rows, which differs in the direction of performing welds. In each even row, from the second until they are exhausted, welds are made at the crossing points on each non-adjacent successive longitudinal bar in the direction from the central longitudinal bar of the panel to the outer edge longitudinal bar until all welds in the row have been made. In odd rows, welds are made in the direction from the edge longitudinal bar of the panel to its central longitudinal bar.
