Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mikrofluidalny elektrochemiczny panel fotowoltaiczny charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się z co najmniej jednego mikrofluidalnego ogniwa fotowoltaicznego obudowy (2) oraz co najmniej jednego dwubiegunowego przyłącza elektrycznego (3), a mikrofluidalne ogniwo fotowoltaiczne składa się z mikroprzepływowej fotokomórki elektrochemicznej (5) złożonej z zespołu jednej mikroprzepływowej celki elektrochemicznej (60), a także mikrofluidalnego wymiennika mediów (6), co najmniej dwóch mikropomp cyrkulacyjnych (8a-b) oraz przyłączy hydraulicznych mediów (7a-f); przy czym mikrofluidalny wymiennik mediów (6) składa się z mikrowymiennika aniolitu, mikrowymiennika katiolitu oraz mikrowymiennika przekaźnika ciepła, a mikroprzepływowa celka elektrochemiczna (60) jest złożona z dwóch elektrod - cienkowarstwowej fotoanody i przeciwelektrody, połączonych warstwami dystansowymi przeciwelektrody i fotoanody z jonoselektywną membraną oraz mikrostrukturyzowanego kolektora prądu fotoanody i mikrostrukturyzowanego kolektora prądu przeciwelektrody rozmieszczonymi po obu stronach membrany jonoselektywnej, które to kolektory prądu są zestawione razem z elektrodami bez przerwy elektrycznej w stos, a cienkowarstwowa fotoanoda i przeciwelektroda są połączone elektrycznie za pomocą ścieżek elektroprzewodzących przeciwelektrody i fotoanody z kontaktami elektrycznymi fotoanody (4a) i przeciwelektrody (4b); ponadto cienkowarstwowa fotoanoda zbudowana jest z warstwy szklanej fotoanody z naniesioną transparentną tlenkową warstwą przewodzącą prąd fotoanody, na którą naniesiona została ścieżka elektroprzewodząca fotoanody; półprzewodnikowa blokująca warstwa tlenkowa oraz co najmniej jedna warstwa nanoporowata, a także posiada co najmniej jeden kontakt elektryczny fotoanody (4a) na bocznej ścianie; a przeciwelektroda zbudowana jest z tafli szkła z naniesioną transparentną warstwą przewodzącą prąd przeciwelektrody, na którą naniesiona została ścieżka elektroprzewodząca i posiada co najmniej jeden kontakt elektryczny (4b) na bocznej ścianie.The subject of the application is a microfluidic electrochemical photovoltaic panel characterized in that it consists of at least one microfluidic photovoltaic housing cell (2) and at least one bipolar electrical connector (3), and the microfluidic photovoltaic cell consists of a microfluidic electrochemical photocell (5) consisting of a set of one microfluidic electrochemical cell (60), as well as a microfluidic media exchanger (6), at least two microcirculation pumps (8a-b) and hydraulic media connectors (7a-f); wherein the microfluidic media exchanger (6) comprises an aniolyte microexchanger, a catiolyte microexchanger and a heat transfer microexchanger, and the microfluidic electrochemical cell (60) comprises two electrodes - a thin-film photoanode and a counter electrode, connected by spacer layers of the counter electrode and the photoanode with an ion-selective membrane, and a microstructured photoanode current collector and a microstructured counter electrode current collector arranged on both sides of the ion-selective membrane, which current collectors are stacked together with the electrodes without an electrical break, and the thin-film photoanode and the counter electrode are electrically connected by means of electrically conductive paths of the counter electrode and the photoanode with electrical contacts of the photoanode (4a) and the counter electrode (4b); further, the thin-film photoanode is constructed from a glass photoanode layer having a transparent oxide photoanode current-conducting layer thereon, onto which an electroconductive photoanode path has been applied; a semiconducting oxide blocking layer and at least one nanoporous layer, and also having at least one photoanode electrical contact (4a) on the side wall; and the counter electrode is constructed from a glass pane having a transparent counter-electrode current-conducting layer thereon, onto which an electroconductive path has been applied and having at least one electrical contact (4b) on the side wall.
