Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bezprzewodowy układ przesyłu energii w wykonaniu przeciwwybuchowym, przeznaczony do stosowania w samojezdnych kolejkach podwieszonych z napędem elektrycznym, zasilanym z baterii akumulatorów, pracujących w pomieszczeniach kopalń zagrożonych wybuchem metanu i pyłu węglowego. Z modułu energetycznego (ME3) zasilane są nadawcze okładki (C1n) i (C2n) kondensatorów (C1) i (C2), które zabudowane są w rozstawie na szynie trasy kolejki podwieszonej, a odbiorcze okładki (C1o) i (C2o) kondensatorów (C1) i (C2) zamocowane są do wózka kolejki podwieszonej, z których, za pomocą modułu energetycznego (ME4), ładowana jest bateria akumulatorów (BA) umieszczona na wózku kolejki.The subject of the application is a wireless energy transmission system in an explosion-proof design, intended for use in self-propelled suspended railways with an electric drive, powered by a battery pack, operating in mine rooms at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. The power module (ME3) powers the transmitting covers (C1n) and (C2n) of capacitors (C1) and (C2), which are installed in a spacing on the rail of the suspended railway route, while the receiving covers (C1o) and (C2o) of capacitors (C1) and (C2) are attached to the suspended railway trolley, from which, by means of the power module (ME4), the battery pack (BA) placed on the railway trolley is charged.
