Abstract
Urządzenie grupowego śledzenia słońca szeregami paneli fotowoltaicznych i kolektorów słonecznych, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z ramy nośnej (1), przyspawanej wzdłuż z wałem (2), który obraca się na 270° w trzech łożyskach ślizgania (3, 7, 10), za pośrednictwem dźwigni (14), połączonej z wałkiem (16), współdziałającym z kulisą (15), poruszaną prętem stalowym (23), ustawionych na wysokości połowy szerokości ramy nośnej (1) nad osią jej poprzecznego obracania (24), która jest spawana z pionowymi słupkami nośnymi (25), minimalna wysokość ich jest połową długości ramy nośnej (1), ustawionych na ziemi, dachu lub balkonie, a dolna połowa łożyska (18) jest spawana z ramą pomocniczą (20), która jest połączona z łożyskami (3, 10) za pośrednictwem czterech prętów gwintowanych (13, 19), po dwa na każdą stronę, i to wszystko połączone opisane wyżej obraca się na osi (24) na kąt 270° za pośrednictwem przykręconych do ramy pomocniczej (20) równoległych profili (21, 26), od siłownika (27), ustawionego na jednym ze słupków nośnych (25), i połączonego z profilami (21, 26) linką stalową (28) przez dwa elementy łączenia i naciągania linki (30), a te profile (21, 26) łączą w szeregu kilka takich pojedynczych zestawów, rozstawionych na taką odległość między sobą żeby wykluczyć wzajemne zacienianie i utrzymują siłownik poprzecznego obracania, który porusza pręt stalowy (23) na wałkach (22) w prawo lub w lewo za pośrednictwem linki stalowej połączonej za pomocą dwóch elementów łączenia i naciągania (30) i bloczków obrotowych.The device for group tracking of the sun with rows of photovoltaic panels and solar collectors is characterized in that it consists of a supporting frame (1), welded longitudinally to a shaft (2), which rotates by 270° in three sliding bearings (3, 7, 10), by means of a lever (14), connected to a shaft (16), cooperating with a link (15), moved by a steel rod (23), set at a height of half the width of the supporting frame (1) above the axis of its transverse rotation (24), which is welded to vertical supporting posts (25), their minimum height being half the length of the supporting frame (1), set on the ground, roof or balcony, and the lower half of the bearing (18) is welded to a subframe (20), which is connected to the bearings (3, 10) by means of four threaded rods (13, 19), two on each side, and all this connected described above rotates on the axis (24) at an angle of 270° by means of parallel profiles (21, 26) screwed to the auxiliary frame (20), from an actuator (27) positioned on one of the supporting posts (25) and connected to the profiles (21, 26) by a steel cable (28) via two connecting and tensioning elements (30), and these profiles (21, 26) connect several such individual sets in series, spaced at such a distance from each other as to exclude mutual shading and hold a transverse rotation actuator that moves the steel rod (23) on the shafts (22) to the right or to the left via a steel cable connected by means of two connecting and tensioning elements (30) and rotating blocks.
