Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania elementów zaworu typu butterfly do opakowań bag in box, zwłaszcza do rozlewu płynów w wysokiej temperaturze charakteryzuje się tym, że elementy zaworu wytwarzane są w formie wtryskowej, przy czym elementy zaworu w postaci kołnierza, korpusu i membrany wytwarzane są oddzielnie z różnych materiałów i przy różnych parametrach wytłaczania, przy czym kołnierz (2) jest wytłaczany z liniowego polietylenu (LLDPE) gęstości poniżej od 0,95 do 0,99 g/cm3 z dodatkiem poślizgowym na podłożu polietylenowym z zawartością smaru 1,5%, przy temperaturze wtrysku 200°C, temperaturze formy 18°C i prędkości trysku od 70 do 90 mm/s i ciśnieniu wtrysku 850 bar oraz ciśnieniu docisku formy 400 bar w czasie 5s, korpus jest wytłaczany z heterofazowego kopolimeru zarodkowanego o kontrolowanej reologii i gęstości od 0,88 do 0,92 g/cm3 z dodatkiem poślizgowym na podłożu polietylenowym w ilości 1,5%, przy temperaturze wtrysku 225°C, temperaturze formy 18°C i prędkości trysku od 95 do 105 mm/s i ciśnieniu wtrysku 1000 bar oraz ciśnieniu docisku formy 250 bar w czasie 5s, natomiast membrana jest wytłaczana z kopolisteru termoplastycznego o objętościowym wskaźniku szybkości płynięcia 33 cm3/10 min i skurczu podczas formowania 1,5%. Zaś sposób montażu zaworu charakteryzuje się tym, że kołnierz wraz z uszczelką jest zgrzewany z workiem w temperaturze od 210°C do 220°C, a następnie do kołnierza wkładany jest kran, przy czym kran składany jest poprzez umieszczenie membrany z siłą 17 - 27 N w korpusie, następnie aplikowany jest tłok ze skrzydełkami, który w korpusie łączy się z membraną, a na górną część korpusu powyżej skrzydełek nasadzana jest plomba w postaci czapeczki z siłą od 60 do 80 N.A method of manufacturing butterfly valve elements for bag-in-box packaging, especially for high-temperature bottling of fluids, is characterized in that the valve elements are manufactured in an injection mold, wherein the valve elements in the form of a collar, body and membrane are manufactured separately from different materials and with different extrusion parameters, wherein the collar (2) is extruded from linear polyethylene (LLDPE) of density below 0.95 to 0.99 g/cm3 with a slip additive on a polyethylene substrate with a lubricant content of 1.5%, at an injection temperature of 200°C, a mold temperature of 18°C and a jetting speed of 70 to 90 mm/s and an injection pressure of 850 bar and a mold holding pressure of 400 bar during 5 s, the body is extruded from a heterophasic nucleated copolymer with controlled rheology and density of 0.88 to 0.92 g/cm3 with a slip additive on a polyethylene base in the amount of 1.5%, at an injection temperature of 225°C, a mould temperature of 18°C and a injection speed of 95 to 105 mm/s, an injection pressure of 1000 bar and a mould holding pressure of 250 bar for 5 s, while the membrane is extruded from a thermoplastic copolyster with a volumetric melt flow rate of 33 cm3/10 min and moulding shrinkage of 1.5%. The method of valve assembly is characterized in that the collar together with the gasket is welded to the bag at a temperature of 210°C to 220°C, and then the tap is inserted into the collar, with the tap being assembled by placing the membrane with a force of 17 - 27 N in the body, then a piston with wings is applied, which connects with the membrane in the body, and a seal in the form of a cap is placed on the upper part of the body above the wings with a force of 60 to 80 N.
