Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu diagnozowania stwardnienia rozsianego (łac. Sclerosis Multiplex, — SM) in vitro w oparciu o bezwzględną liczbę limfocytów o fenotypie CD49d+CD154+ autoreaktywnych w stosunku do białek mieliny po ekspozycji komórek jednojądrzastych krwi obwodowej na peptydy mieliny w warunkach in vitro. Sposób jest użyteczny we wczesnym rozpoznaniu stwardnienia rozsianego.
