Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania nawozowego produktu mikrobiologicznego i nawozowy produkt mikrobiologiczny do kondycjonowania sadzonek, utrzymania i/lub poprawy jakości mikrobiologicznej gleby, wykazujący również cechy biostymulacji roślin, pozwalający jednocześnie na kontrolę fitopatogenów w uprawie owoców miękkich oraz wykazujący wpływ na poprawę ich parametrów jakościowych, zawierający szczepy bakteryjne z rodzaju Bacillus. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się trzy wyselekcjonowane z gleby ryzosferowej bakteryjne izolaty środowiskowe Bacillus subtilis AF75AB2 — sekwencja nr 1, Bacillus sp. AF75BC — sekwencja nr 2, Bacillus sp. Sp1115AD - sekwencja nr 3 na liście sekwencji, które nie wykazują wzajemnego antagonistycznego działania, hodowane na podłożu namnażającym z serwatką i mikroelementami, przygotowanym na wodzie, zawieszone w płynnym nośniku organicznym albo suszone na sypkim nośniku albo liofilizowane na sypkim nośniku. Ponadto stosuje się nośnik właściwy w postaci wywaru melasowego, stanowiącego produkt uboczny w procesie fermentacji melasy, wzbogaconego suchymi kwasami humusowymi dla postaci płynnej biopreparatu albo dolomitu mikronizowanego, wzbogaconego suchymi kwasami humusowymi, mielonymi nasionami gorczycy i olejkiem goździkowym dla postaci biopreparatu suchej nierozpuszczalnej w wodzie albo maltodekstryny, wzbogaconej suchymi kwasami humusowymi, mielonymi nasionami gorczycy i olejkiem goździkowym dla postaci biopreparatu suchej rozpuszczalnej w wodzie, albo serwatki w proszku korzystnie kwaśnej neutralizowanej, wzbogaconej suchymi kwasami humusowymi, mielonymi nasionami gorczycy i gumą ksantanową dla postaci żelowej tzn. suchej, która po zawieszeniu w wodzie tworzy żel do kondycjonowania korzeni sadzonek roślin owoców miękkich.
