Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania szklanej szyby do kabin prysznicowych, w którym natryskuje się na powierzchnię przygotowanej uprzednio formatki szkła, korzystnie szkła typu float, powłokę hydrofobową z silikonu dimetylowego, jako roztwór prekursorowy silikonu dimetylowego, alkoholu etylowego i wody, po czym powłokę hydrofobową suszy się i utwardza, przy czym bezpośrednio przed natryskiem roztworu prekursorowego powłoki hydrofobowej, powierzchnię szkła oczyszcza się w strumieniu plazmy wydmuchiwanej strumieniem sprężonego powietrza z obszaru wyładowań koronowych.
