Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt tabliczki informacyjnej mocowanej przy drzwiach wejsciowych do gabinetów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój uchwytu z fragmentami przezroczystych przegród, fig. 2 widok czolowy korpusu uchwytu, fig. 3 - element zaciskowy, a fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny umocowanej tabliczki informacyjnej. Uchwyt charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma korpus 1 o zewnetrznym zarysie figury geometrycznej, korzystnie walca i plaskiej podstawie zakonczonej stabilizujacymi garbami 8. Korpus zawiera wzdluzny kanal 3 w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery U ze skosnym usytuowaniem jednej plaszczyzny 4, z która wspólpracuje kostka zaciskowa 2 w posiaci graniastoslupa o czworokatnej podstawie mocowana sruba imbusowa 6. Zewnetrzny zarys korpusu moze miec ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie wielokata. Uchwyt umozliwia umocowanie kartonika informacyjnego pomiedzy plytkami 5 w kanale 3 korpusu zestawu dwóch uchwytów przez zacisniecie plytek kostka zaciskowa 4. Zmiana tresci informacji wymaga tylko poluzowania zacisku sruba imbusowa 6 i wymiany kartonika. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the object, particularly in its shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the holder with fragments of transparent partitions, Fig. 2 a frontal view of the holder body, Fig. 3 a clamping element, and Fig. 4 a perspective view of the attached information plate. The holder is characterized in that it has a body 1 with the external outline of a geometric figure, preferably a cylinder, and a flat base terminated with stabilizing humps 8. The body contains a longitudinal channel 3 in a shape similar to the letter U with an oblique location of one plane 4, with which a clamping block 2 in the shape of a prism with a quadrangular base, fastened with an Allen screw 6, cooperates. The external outline of the body may have the shape of a prism with a polygonal base. The holder enables the attachment of an information card between plates 5 in the channel 3 of the body of a set of two holders by clamping the plates with the clamping block 4. Changing the information content requires only loosening the clamp with the Allen screw 6 and replacing the card. The holder is attached to the wall through a hole 7 made in the base.
