Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szyba z powłoką antywłamaniową umożliwiająca integrację z systemem alarmowym oraz również sposób pokrycia szyby taką powłoką antywłamaniową. Szyba ma na zewnętrznej i/lub wewnętrznej powierzchni powłokę zawierającą przewodzącą elektrycznie warstwę tlenku cynku (ZnO) lub warstwę stopu cynku ZnO:Al o grubości 50 - 500 nm. Sposób polega na tym, że na zewnętrznej i/lub wewnętrznej powierzchni szyby osadza się metodą osadzania warstw atomowych (ALD) w temperaturze 50°C - 250°C warstwę antywłamaniową w postaci warstwy ZnO lub warstwy AZO.
