Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system zawierający urządzenie do uprawy roślin wodnych i sposób produkcji biomasy roślin wodnych. Urządzenie do produkcji biomasy roślin wodnych stanowi staw (1) o ściankach wykonanych z polietylenu, w którym w środkowej części stawu umieszczono przegrodę (2) spełniającą funkcję rozdzielającą dwa niezależne tory, a nad dnem stawu, posadowiono instalację doprowadzenia ścieków oczyszczonych stanowiącą rurę z zespołem bocznie wyprowadzonych przewodów rurowych, ułożonych w regularnych odstępach i poprzecznie względem każdego toru wyposażonych w dysze doprowadzenia ścieków oczyszczonych do mieszania, napowietrzania i odżywiania biomasy. Podawanie ścieków pod odpowiednim ciśnieniem powoduje wprowadzenie ich w ruch obiegowy dookoła stawu. W dzień ścieki oczyszczone dopływają w sposób stały, natomiast w porze nocnej nie są dostarczane do stawu. Instalacja doprowadzenia ścieków posiada również dodatkowo umieszczone w środkowej części stawu wyprowadzenie górne, które przy odpowiednim ciśnieniu podawanej cieczy zapewnia efekt fontanny, której celem jest, w przypadku potrzeby, dodatkowe napowietrzanie cieczy w stawie. Nadmiar ścieków, powyżej zadanego lustra cieczy, kierowany jest grawitacyjnie otworem umieszczonym w dnie stawu (1) do odbieralnika ścieków, który znajduje się poniżej poziomu stawu, a zbiór biomasy dokonywany jest z powierzchni stawu poprzez system rur i kierowany do odbieralnika biomasy. Staw jest przykrywany od góry systemem rolety zasuwanej. Dodatkowe oświetlenie stawu stanowią lampy LED umieszczone w wodoodpornych osłonach na ściankach, na dnie zbiornika lub w rolecie przykrywającej staw. Osłonę termiczną stawu stanowi pas cieplny dla strefy wzrostu roślin umieszczony na wysokości od 10 cm do 40 cm w sposób spiralny na bokach zewnętrznych zbiornika lub na rolecie zasuwanej, stanowiącej pokrywę stawu, a ciepło podawane do systemu korzystnie pochodzi z wymienników ciepła, w postaci ciepłej wody wprowadzonej do instalacji umieszczonej na bocznych ścianach stawu. Zintegrowane ze stawem zamieszczone przyrządy kontrolno-pomiarowe przekazują dane pomiarowe przy użyciu zdalnego nadajnika do dedykowanej aplikacji.The subject of the application is a system comprising a device for cultivating aquatic plants and a method for producing aquatic plant biomass. The device for producing aquatic plant biomass comprises a pond (1) with walls made of polyethylene, in which a partition (2) is placed in the central part of the pond, fulfilling the function of separating two independent tracks, and above the bottom of the pond, a purified sewage supply installation is placed, constituting a pipe with a set of laterally led out pipes, arranged at regular intervals and transversely to each track, equipped with purified sewage supply nozzles for mixing, aerating and nourishing the biomass. Supplying sewage at an appropriate pressure causes it to circulate around the pond. During the day, purified sewage flows in continuously, while at night it is not supplied to the pond. The sewage supply installation also has an additional upper outlet placed in the central part of the pond, which, at an appropriate pressure of the supplied liquid, provides a fountain effect, the purpose of which is, if necessary, additional aeration of the liquid in the pond. Excess sewage, above the set liquid level, is directed by gravity through an opening located in the bottom of the pond (1) to the sewage receiver, which is located below the pond level, and the biomass is collected from the pond surface through a system of pipes and directed to the biomass receiver. The pond is covered from above with a sliding shutter system. Additional pond lighting consists of LED lamps placed in waterproof covers on the walls, on the bottom of the tank or in the shutter covering the pond. The thermal cover of the pond is a thermal strip for the plant growth zone placed at a height of 10 cm to 40 cm in a spiral manner on the outer sides of the tank or on the sliding shutter constituting the cover of the pond, and the heat supplied to the system preferably comes from heat exchangers, in the form of warm water introduced into the installation placed on the side walls of the pond. The control and measurement devices integrated with the pond transmit measurement data using a remote transmitter to a dedicated application.
