Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sito poliuretanowe, składające się z monolitycznej poliuretanowej sitaki zbudowanej z mostków, pomiędzy którymi są kwadratowe, prostokątne lub okrągłe oczka przesiewowe, charakteryzujące się tym, że wszystkie cztery ścianki wewnętrzne oczek siatki poliuretanowej (1) pochylone są pod kątem 10°, zaś w mostkach w kierunku napinania sita, zatopione są stalowe linki (2) rozmieszczone co 3, 5, 7 lub 9 oczek zapewniając równomierne napięcie sita, przy czym siatka poliuretanowa (1) zakończona jest obustronnie okuciem (3), mającym postać arkusza stalowej blachy, które zagniatane jest na trapezowych zakończeniach siatki poliuretanowej (1).
