Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest liposomowy preparat zawierający witaminę K2 w postaci proszku, w którym dwuwarstwa lipidowa liposomów zawiera lecytynę, który to preparat zawiera inulinę jako stabilizator, przy czym stosunek wagowy witaminy K2 do lecytyny mieści się w zakresie od 1:1 do 1:100, natomiast stosunek wagowy lecytyny do inuliny mieści się w zakresie od 1:0,1 do 1:5. Zaletą rozwiązania według wynalazku jest to, że obecność inuliny stabilizuje preparat liposomów i zapobiega tworzeniu agregatów liposomów, szczególnie podczas rehydratacji w jelitach. Wynalazek dostarcza również twardej kwasoodpornej kapsułki dojelitowej zawierającej preparat witaminy K2 według wynalazku oraz sposobu jego wytwarzania.The subject of the application is a liposome preparation containing vitamin K2 in powder form, in which the lipid bilayer of the liposomes contains lecithin, which preparation contains inulin as a stabilizer, wherein the weight ratio of vitamin K2 to lecithin is in the range of 1:1 to 1:100, while the weight ratio of lecithin to inulin is in the range of 1:0.1 to 1:5. An advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the presence of inulin stabilizes the liposome preparation and prevents the formation of liposome aggregates, particularly during rehydration in the intestines. The invention also provides a hard, acid-resistant enteric-coated capsule containing the vitamin K2 preparation according to the invention and a method for its production.
