Abstract

Mechanizm do czyszczenia rusztu palnika pelletowego zawierający podstawę montażową, do której zamocowany jest układ napędowy do przemieszczania zgarniacza (3) ruchem prostoliniowym wzdłuż powierzchni rusztu, przy czym układ napędowy zawiera siłownik, sprzęgło i przekładnię zębatkową, charakteryzuje się tym, że siłownik (6) układu napędowego usytuowany jest na zewnątrz obudowy skrzynki powietrznej palnika, a tuż nad listwą zębatą (8.2) przekładni zębatkowej umieszczonej wewnątrz skrzynki powietrznej palnika usytuowany jest współpracujący z nią mechanizm dociskowy, który zawiera wałki dociskowe (5.1, 5.2) umieszczone pomiędzy ramionami dociskowymi, które mają postać dźwigni dwuramiennych i rozmieszczone są symetrycznie względem osi wzdłużnej listwy zębatej (8.2), przy czym wzajemne usytuowanie części mechanizmu dociskowego jest takie, że oś obrotu ramion dociskowych usytuowana jest w osi wałka dociskowego (5.1) zaś przez jedne końce ramion dociskowych przechodzi oś wałka dociskowego (5.2), a drugie końce ramion dociskowych połączone są z podstawą montażową za pośrednictwem sprężyny (11).A mechanism for cleaning the grate of a pellet burner, comprising a mounting base to which a drive system is attached for moving the scraper (3) in a rectilinear motion along the grate surface, wherein the drive system comprises an actuator, a clutch and a toothed gear, is characterised in that the actuator (6) of the drive system is located outside the burner air box housing, and just above the toothed bar (8.2) of the toothed gear located inside the burner air box, there is a pressure mechanism cooperating with it, which includes pressure rollers (5.1, 5.2) located between pressure arms, which have the form of two-arm levers and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the toothed bar (8.2), wherein the mutual arrangement of the parts of the pressure mechanism is such that the axis of rotation of the pressure arms is located in the axis of the pressure roller (5.1), while the axis of the pressure roller (5.2) passes through one end of the pressure arms, and the other ends of the pressure arms are connected are mounted on a mounting base via a spring (11).
