Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do regulowanego turbulentnego spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego posiadające ogrzewany zbiornik (1) w kształcie walca ze spustem (1.1) w końcowej części, zaś w początkowej części zbiornika (1) znajduje się pokrywa (1.2) z wlotem asfaltu (1.3) oraz do wlotu asfaltu (1.3) podłączony jest króciec wlotu środka spieniającego (1.4) i króciec wydmuchowy (1.5). Wewnątrz zbiornika (1) w jego osi znajduje się wał (2), do którego zamocowane są pierwsze łopaty mieszające (2.1). Wał (2) sprzężony jest z napędem obrotowym (3). Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że oś zbiornika (1) nachylona jest do podłoża pod kątem ostrym (α). Do zewnętrznej powierzchni bocznej początkowej części zbiornika (1) zamocowany jest koniec podnośnika (4) usadowionego na podłożu. Do zewnętrznej powierzchni bocznej zbiornika (1) zamocowany jest mechanizm (5) obracający zbiornik (1) wokół jego osi. Część wału (2), na której znajdują się pierwsze łopaty mieszające (2.1) umiejscowiona jest współosiowo w rurze (6). Do zewnętrznej powierzchni bocznej rury (6) i wewnętrznej powierzchni bocznej zbiornika (1) zamocowane są drugie łopaty mieszające (2.2) w kształcie wstęgi ślimaka. W końcowej części zbiornika (1) przed spustem (1.1) znajduje się przegroda (1.6) przelewowa albo wylewowa ze szczeliną (1.7). Przegroda (1.6) zamocowana jest do zbiornika (1) w sposób umożlwiający jego obrót, a szczelina (1.7) ma stałe położenie względem podłoża.
