Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania rury kompozytowej z wewnętrzną wykładziną z elastomeru poliuretanowego charakteryzuje się tym, że na wewnętrzną powierzchnię rury kompozytowej elastomer hybrydowy poliuretanowo - polimocznikowy mieszany w stosunku 1 – 1 o grubości do 3 mm, natryskuje się poprzez ułożenie na rolkach rury kompozytowej i wprowadzenie jej w ruch obrotowy oraz umieszczenie lancy natryskowej we wnętrzu obracającej się rury kompozytowej i jej przesuwanie w kierunku od końca do początku obracającej się rury kompozytowej. Z kolei rura kompozytowa ma wewnętrzną warstwę z elastomeru hybrydowego poliuretanowo - polimocznikowego zmieszanego w stosunku 1 – 1 o grubości do 3 mm. Sposób wytwarzania rury kompozytowej według innej odmiany charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnętrzną powierzchnię rury kompozytowej z elastomeru polieterowego lub poliestrowego o grubości do kilkunastu mm formuje się poprzez wlanie wymieszanego i odpowietrzonego elastomeru do rury kompozytowej, zaślepionej na jednym końcu, zamontowanej w urządzeniu rolkowym wprowadzającym rurę kompozytową w ruch obrotowy. Z kolei rura kompozytowa według innej odmiany ma wewnętrzną warstwę z elastomeru polieterowego lub poliestrowego o grubości do kilkunastu mm i o twardości od 80 do 90 Sh(A).
