Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania materiału haloizytowo-węglowego do izolacji naproksenu z fazy wodnej metodą ekstrakcji do fazy stałej, w którym stosuje się sorbent na bazie odżelazionej zwietrzeliny haloizytowej i z prekursora węglowego otrzymanego sacharozy oraz ditioninu sodu polega na dodawaniu 5 części wagowych otrzymanego po trawieniu technicznym kwasem siarkowym(VI) o stężeniu 20% wagowych produktu haloizytowego do 20 części wagowych wodnego roztworu o stężeniu 18% wagowych sacharozy i 10% wagowych ditioninu sodu i mieszaniu całości przez 4 godziny, po odsączeniu i suszeniu przez 10 godzin temperaturze 343 K, produktu haloizytowego, sacharozy i ditioninu sodu, karbonizowaniu w atmosferze azotu z narostem temperatury 6 K/min, w zakresie temperatur 343 - 473 K i w izotermie 973 K przez 4 godziny.The subject of the application is a method of producing halloysite-carbon material for isolating naproxen from the water phase by the solid-phase extraction method, in which a sorbent based on deferrized halloysite weathering and a carbon precursor obtained from sucrose and sodium dithionite is used, which consists in adding 5 parts by weight of the halloysite product obtained after digestion with technical sulfuric acid (VI) with a concentration of 20% by weight to 20 parts by weight of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 18% by weight of sucrose and 10% by weight of sodium dithionite and mixing the whole for 4 hours, after filtering and drying for 10 hours at a temperature of 343 K, the halloysite product, sucrose and sodium dithionite, carbonizing in a nitrogen atmosphere with a temperature increase of 6 K/min, in the temperature range of 343 - 473 K and in the isotherm 973K for 4 hours.
