Abstract

Nawóz organiczno-mineralny z mechanicznego przetworzenia bioodpadów, stanowi w odniesieniu do 100 cz. wag. nawozu: 40 — 70 cz. wag., korzystnie 50 cz. wag. mechanicznie drobno zmielonej masy z komunalnych odpadów biodegradowalnych zbieranych selektywnie o wielkości cząstek 0,05 — 25 mm, korzystnie 20 mm i zawartości wody 40% — 80%, korzystnie 70,0%, 5 — 15 cz. wag., korzystnie 15 cz. wag., mineralnego regulatora pH tlenku wapnia o zawartości wody 2,5% — 15,0%, korzystnie 10,0%; 5 — 10 cz. wag., korzystnie 10 cz. wag., stabilizatora organicznego, którym jest słoma ze zbóż o wielkości cząstek 1,5 — 25,0 mm, korzystnie 20 mm i zawartości wody 10,0% — 25,0%, korzystnie 20,0%; 10 - 25 cz. wag., korzystnie 10 cz. wag. ligninowo-celulozowego sorbentu organicznego trocin drzew liściastych i/lub trocin drzew iglastych o wielkości cząstek 1,0 — 15,0 mm, korzystnie 10 mm i zawartości wody 15,0% — 30%, korzystnie 25,0%; 5,0 — 20,0 cz. wag., korzystnie 10,0 cz. wag. stabilizatora mineralnego siarczanu wapnia, o zawartości wody 5,0% — 15,0%, korzystnie 15%.The subject of the invention is an organic-mineral fertilizer produced as a result of mechanical processing of biowaste, used to enrich arable soils with organic and mineral substances and to revitalize and regenerate degraded soils in order to create better growth conditions for plants. The organic-mineral fertilizer from mechanical processing of biowaste constitutes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of fertilizer: 40 - 70 parts by weight, preferably 50 parts by weight of mechanically finely ground mass of biodegradable municipal waste collected selectively with a particle size of 0.05-25 mm, preferably 20 mm and a water content of 40% - 80%, preferably 70.0%, 5 - 15 parts by weight, preferably 15 parts by weight, of a mineral pH regulator calcium oxide with a water content of 2.5% - 15.0%, preferably 10.0%; 5 - 10 parts by weight by weight, preferably 10 parts by weight, of an organic stabilizer which is cereal straw with a particle size of 1.5-25.0 mm, preferably 20 mm and a water content of 10.0%-25.0%, preferably 20.0%; 10 - 25 parts by weight, preferably 10 parts by weight of a lignin-cellulose organic sorbent sawdust from deciduous trees and/or sawdust from coniferous trees with a particle size of 1.0-15.0 mm, preferably 10 mm and a water content of 15.0%-30%, preferably 25.0%; 5.0-20.0 parts by weight, preferably 10.0 parts by weight of the mineral stabilizer calcium sulphate with a water content of 5.0%-15.0%, preferably 15%.
