Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja chitozanowa z dodatkiem mieszaniny eutektycznej, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 5% do 30% wagowych mieszaniny eutektycznej powstałej ze zmieszania i ogrzewania w temperaturze od 60°C do 90°C chlorku choliny i glikolu etylenowego, w stosunku molowym 1:2-1:4. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób otrzymywania biodegradowalnych otoczek na bazie chitozanu do nawozów azotowych, który polega na tym, że do roztworu chitozanu w roztworze kwasu octowego o stężeniu od 1% do 5% w/v dodaje się metodą rozpuszczalnikową od 5% do 30% wagowych schłodzonej mieszaniny głęboko eutektycznej otrzymanej przez zmieszanie i ogrzewanie w temperaturze od 60°C do 90°C chlorku choliny i glikolu etylenowego, do osiągnięcia stanu jednorodnej cieczy, całość miesza się w czasie od 2h do 6h w temperaturze pokojowej, po czym natryskuje na granule nawozu saletrzanego o wielkości granul od 1 mm do 6 mm w urządzeniu fluidyzacyjnym, w temperaturze od 40°C do 60°C, przy przepływie powietrza od 300 m3/h do 600 m3/h, przepływie cieczy roboczej od 0,7 l/h do 2,5 l/h, suszy w złożu fluidalnym w czasie od 15 min do 45 minut.
