Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest makaron o właściwościach prozdrowotnych zawierający mąkę pszenną, mąkę jęczmienną i mąkę owsianą. Makaron charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: 30 - 45 części wagowych pełnoziarnistej mąki z pszenicy durum, 20 - 38 części wagowych mąki jęczmiennej pełnoziarnistej, 20 - 30 części wagowych mąki owsianej i 2 - 5 części wagowych suszonej, sproszkowanej czarnej marchwi.
