Sposób kontrolowanego kształtowania geometrii powierzchni detali aluminiowych pozwalający na wyeliminowanie procesu ich mycia i suszenia przed malowaniem proszkowym farbami transparentnymi, charakteryzuje się tym, że przed malowaniem proszkowym farbami transparentnymi detali aluminiowych prowadzi się obróbkę skrawaniem w postaci toczenia wykańczającego płytką diamentową chłodzeniem emulsyjnym podawanym w formie mgły emulsyjnej, skierowaną na główną krawędź skrawającą, przy czym proces skrawa prowadzi się z dokładnością chropowatości powierzchni Ra i Rz, po czym obrobione detale aluminiowe transportuje się do kabiny malarskiej i poddaje się procesowi malowania z automatyczną aplikacją farby proszkowej metodą elektrostatyczną, po czym nałożoną powłokę stapia się i utwardza, następnie detale przemieszcza się do tunelu odzysku ciepła, a następnie do strefy rozładunku.A method of controlled shaping of the surface geometry of aluminum details, which allows for eliminating the process of washing and drying them before powder coating with transparent paints, is characterized in that before powder coating of aluminum details with transparent paints, machining is carried out in the form of finishing turning with a diamond plate with emulsion cooling supplied in the form of emulsion mist, directed at the main cutting edge, wherein the cutting process is carried out with surface roughness accuracy Ra and Rz, after which the processed aluminum details are transported to a painting cabin and subjected to a painting process with automatic application of powder paint using the electrostatic method, after which the applied coating is melted and hardened, then the details are moved to a heat recovery tunnel and then to the unloading zone.
