Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie i sposób do obrabiania etykiet. Urządzenie do obrabiania etykiet, w szczególności stanowiące moduł przetłaczania i ozdabiania etykiet na gorąco posiada umieszczony w ramie (1) modułu nieruchomy blok wraz z serwo napędami, jednocześnie urządzenie posiada głowicę (7) z układem prowadzącym folię (13), która umieszczona jest na nieruchomym bloku, a poniżej nieruchomego bloku umieszczona jest ruchoma część tłocząca ułożyskowana na wałach z krzywkami, charakteryzujące się tym, że umieszczone w ramie (1) modułu wały główne sprzęgnięte są z napędem głównym, a naroża ruchomej dolnej części są regulowane poprzez serwo napędy regulacyjne poprzez przekładnie ślimakowe, a jednocześnie obrotowa głowica (7) posiada odwijak i nawijak dla folii (13), co najmniej jeden bufor głowicowy, głowicowe rolki prowadzące i głowicowe NIPy napędzane serwo napędami głowicowymi, a jednocześnie nieruchomy blok ma od spodu przykręcaną górną płytę z zainstalowanymi grzałkami, a pod nią znajduje się płyta górna wysuwana z doczepianymi matrycami, a przy czym dolna ruchoma cześć posiada przy narożach kostkowe sloty i osadzona jest w obudowie w ramie (1) modułu poprzez kostki ślizgowe, oraz ma przykręcone od spodu bloki łożyskowe, które oddziałują ze znajdującymi pod nimi krzywkami wałów głównych , a jednocześnie na wierzchu dolnej części ruchomej znajduje się drugi dolny slot na dolną przeciw-płytę, a poniżej wałów głównych znajduje się dolny bufor materiału ozdabianego (3) prowadzonego na układzie wałków i dolnych NIPów (9).The subject of the application is a device and method for processing labels. A device for label processing, in particular constituting a module for hot embossing and decorating labels, has a stationary block with servo drives placed in the frame (1) of the module, at the same time the device has a head (7) with a foil guiding system (13), which is placed on the stationary block, and below the stationary block there is a movable embossing part mounted on shafts with cams, characterized in that the main shafts placed in the frame (1) of the module are coupled to the main drive, and the corners of the movable lower part are regulated by servo control drives through worm gears, and at the same time the rotating head (7) has an unwinder and a winder for the foil (13), at least one head buffer, head guide rollers and head NIPs driven by servo head drives, and at the same time the stationary block has a top plate with installed heaters screwed on the bottom, and under it there is a sliding top plate with attached matrices, and wherein the lower movable part has cube-shaped slots at the corners and is mounted in the housing in the frame (1) of the module through sliding cubes, and has bearing blocks screwed from below, which interact with the cams of the main shafts located underneath, and at the same time on the top of the lower movable part there is a second lower slot for the lower counter-plate, and below the main shafts there is a lower buffer for the decorated material (3) guided on a system of rollers and lower NIPs (9).
