Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania fotowoltaicznego panelu dachowego obejmującego panel dachowy (19) zintegrowany z modułem fotowoltaicznym umieszczonym na powierzchni górnej tego panelu dachowego (19), w którym: a) ogniwo fotowoltaiczne umieszcza się w maszynie do cięcia laserowego ogniw słonecznych i tnie się je na ogniwa połówkowe; b) w maszynie do łączenia ogniw umieszcza się układ co najmniej dwóch ogniw połówkowych oraz równolegle do niego umieszcza się drugi układ takiej samej liczby ogniw połówkowych, przy czym ogniwa połówkowe drugiego układu układa się w odmiennym kierunku niż ogniwa połówkowe pierwszego układu; c) każdy z układów ogniw połówkowych ułożonych w kroku b) łączy się szeregowo w łańcuch ogniw; d) dwa łańcuchy ogniw o przeciwnym ułożeniu ogniw połówkowych łączy się szynami prądowymi i otrzymuje się tak zwaną matrycę (15), która stanowi moduł fotowoltaiczny przeznaczony do zintegrowania z panelem dachowym (19); e) matrycę (15) nakłada się w systemie podciśnieniowym na części fotowoltaicznego panelu dachowego w odpowiednio dopasowanym kształcie, przy czym te części to kolejno, patrząc od góry do dołu: środkowa folia izolacyjna (16), spodnia warstwa słoneczna (17), panel dachowy (19); f) na układ otrzymany w kroku e) od strony matrycy (15) nakłada się co najmniej jedną górną warstwę folii polimerowej (14) oraz taflę szkła (13). Układ otrzymany w kroku f) umieszcza się w laminatorze zawierającym górną płytę (21) i dolną płytę (22), po czym g) odpowietrza się laminator; h) opuszcza się górną płytę (21) laminatora, bez wywierania docisku; i) górną płytę (21) laminatora dociska się do panelu z wykorzystaniem podciśnienia i wytwarza się w laminatorze próżnię; j) przeprowadza się sieciowanie folii polimerowych (14, 16). Podczas procesu laminacji w laminatorze układ otrzymany w kroku f) dociska się przez górną pytę (21) i dolną płytę (22) laminatora, ogrzewające go z dołu i z góry, i przy czym płyta dolna (22) jest nieruchoma, a płyta górna (21) opuszczana jest na panel umieszczony na płycie dolnej (22).
