Abstract
Ognioodporna przekładka termiczna do zastosowania w klejonych wyrobach drzewnych charakteryzuje się tym, iż składa się z mieszanki mineralnej, nie zawierającej lepiszcza polimerowego. Zawartość cementu, korzystnie cementu portlandzkiego, w mieszance wynosi od 1-20 cz. wag. Zawartość sepiolitu oraz hydroksyapatytu w mieszance wynosi od 1-10 cz. wag. Zawartość perlitu oraz attapulgitu w kompozycie wynosi od 1-40 cz. wag. Mieszanka mineralna przekształcana jest w elastyczną masę w wyniku mechanicznego jej urabiania w obecności szkła wodnego, korzystnie szkła potasowego w obecności katalizatora w postaci silanu, korzystnie tetraetoksysilanu oraz roztworu wodorotlenku, korzystnie według wynalazku 15-25 % NaOH. Zawartość silanu oraz roztworu NaOH wynosi 0-50 cz. wag. Wytworzona elastyczna, ognioodporna masa umieszczana pomiędzy warstwami drewna klejonego lub pomiędzy warstwą drewna klejonego oraz drewna litego. Wiązanie poszczególnych warstw wyrobu odbywa się w temperaturze 60°C przez okres 20 minut.Fireproof thermal break for use in glued wood products is characterized in that it consists of a mineral mixture, containing no polymer binder. The cement content, preferably Portland cement, in the mixture is from 1-20 parts by weight. The sepiolite and hydroxyapatite content in the mixture is from 1-10 parts by weight. The perlite and attapulgite content in the composite is from 1-40 parts by weight. The mineral mixture is transformed into an elastic mass as a result of its mechanical processing in the presence of water glass, preferably potassium glass in the presence of a catalyst in the form of silane, preferably tetraethoxysilane and a hydroxide solution, preferably according to the invention 15-25% NaOH. The silane and NaOH solution content is 0-50 parts by weight. The elastic, fireproof mass produced is placed between layers of glued wood or between a layer of glued wood and solid wood. The individual layers of the product are bonded at a temperature of 60°C for 20 minutes.
