Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do dostarczania paliwa stałego do komory spalania, zwłaszcza w piecu albo kotle, posiadające ramę i płyty. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że składa się z płyt (1.1.1, 1.2.1), z których każda zamocowana jest obrotowo pierwszym bokiem (1.1.1, 1.2.1) do jednej z dwóch przeciwległych bocznych ścian ramy (2). Pierwsza płyta (1.1) swoim przeciwległym drugim bokiem (1.1.2) wsparta jest na wypuście (3.1) zamocowanym do powierzchni bocznej wewnętrznej osi (3) osadzonej w środkowej części ramy (2) i ułożonej równolegle do drugiego boku (1.1.2) pierwszej płyty (1.1) oraz do drugiego boku (1.2.2) drugiej płyty (1.2). Druga płyta (1.2) swoim przeciwległym drugim bokiem (1.2.2) wsparta jest na wypuście (4.1) zamocowanym do powierzchni bocznej zewnętrznej osi (4) w kształcie tulei osadzonej współosiowo na wewnętrznej osi (3). Każda z osi (3, 4) posiada niezależny mechanizm sterowania jej kątem obrotu. Boczna ściana ramy (2) od strony pierwszego boku (1.1.1, 1.2.1) płyt (1.1, 1.2) jest zabudowana, a w zabudowie nad pierwszym bokiem (1.1.1, 1,2.1) płyt (1.1, 1.2) znajduje się otwór dostarczania paliwa. Do każdej z płyt (1.1, 1.2) w miejscu jej zamocowania do bocznej ściany ramy (2) po jej zewnętrznej stronie zamocowany jest sztywno nabierak (5, 6), którego powierzchnia nabierająca usytuowana jest równolegle do powierzchni płyty (1.1, 1.2).The subject of the application is a device for supplying solid fuel to a combustion chamber, especially in a furnace or boiler, having a frame and plates. It is characterized by the fact that it consists of plates (1.1.1, 1.2.1), each of which is pivotally attached with its first side (1.1.1, 1.2.1) to one of the two opposite side walls of the frame (2). The first plate (1.1) with its opposite second side (1.1.2) is supported on a spline (3.1) attached to the side surface of the internal axis (3) mounted in the middle part of the frame (2) and arranged parallel to the second side (1.1.2) of the first plate (1.1) and to the other side (1.2.2) of the second plate (1.2). The second plate (1.2) with its opposite side (1.2.2) is supported on a spline (4.1) attached to the side surface of the outer axis (4) in the shape of a sleeve mounted coaxially on the inner axis (3). Each axis (3, 4) has an independent mechanism for controlling its rotation angle. The side wall of the frame (2) on the side of the first side (1.1.1, 1.2.1) of the plates (1.1, 1.2) is built-in, and in the building above the first side (1.1.1, 1,2.1) of the plates (1.1, 1.2) there is fuel supply port. A scoop (5, 6) is rigidly attached to each of the plates (1.1, 1.2) where it is attached to the side wall of the frame (2), on its outer side, the scooping surface of which is located parallel to the surface of the plate (1.1, 1.2).
