Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest elektryczny panel grzewczy o zwiększonej efektywności konwersji energii elektrycznej na energię cieplną i sposób wytwarzania elektrycznego panelu grzewczego. Panel ten składa się z tafli szklanej (1) z nadrukowaną na jej górną powierzchnię teksturowaną warstwą ceramiczną (2) o grubości g1 = 50 µm — 480 µm oraz z tafli szklanej (3) z osadzoną na jej górnej powierzchni transparentną grzewczą warstwą (4) - FTO, ITO, AZO o grubości g3 = 180 µm — 700 µm, składającą się z tlenków metali: cyny, cynku, indu. Na grzewczej warstwie (4) osadzone są dwie elektrody (5) o szerokości S1 = 3 mm — 15 mm i o grubości g4 = 50 µm - 500 µm oraz o rezystancjach na długościach 1 m nie przekraczających 1 Ω, których jedne końce połączone są z kontaktowymi wyprowadzeniami elektrycznymi (6). Ponadto na grzewczej warstwie (4) osadzony jest czujnik temperatury (7) połączony miedzianym przewodem elektrycznym (8) z zasilanym z zewnątrz układem sterującym, umieszczonym w tworzywowej obudowie (14) połączonej nierozłącznie z dolną powierzchnią tafli szklanej (3). Dolna powierzchnia (10) tafli szklanej (1) i grzewcza warstwa (4) osadzona na górnej powierzchni tafli szklanej (3) zlaminowane są ze sobą za pomocą foliowego polimeru laminacyjnego (9) o grubości g5 = 300 µm - 0,85 mm.
