Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał wielowarstwowy z polimerów biodegradowalnych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z co najmniej trzech warstw, z których warstwa w postaci arkusza z polimeru biodegradowalnego umieszczona jest wewnątrz lub na zewnątrz materiału, warstwa biodegradowalna włókninowa zbudowana z mikro i nanowłókien z co najmniej dwóch polimerów biodegradowalnych o różnej temperaturze topnienia, z których jeden z nich stanowi polikaprolakton (PCL) umieszczona jest wewnątrz materiału lub na zewnątrz materiału, przy czym warstwy w postaci arkusza z polimeru biodegradowalnego i warstwy biodegradowalne włókninowe umieszczone są naprzemiennie, przy czym udział polimeru biodegradowalnego mikro i nanowłókien w postaci polikaprolaktonu (PCL) wynosi co najmniej 50% wagowych w stosunku do pozostałych polimerów biodegradowalnych tworzących warstwę włókninową. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania materiałów wielowarstwowych z polimerów biodegradowalnych przez połączenie warstw.The subject of the application is a multilayer material made of biodegradable polymers, which is characterized in that it is composed of at least three layers, of which a layer in the form of a sheet of biodegradable polymer is placed inside or outside the material, a biodegradable nonwoven layer composed of micro and nanofibers of at least two biodegradable polymers with different melting points, one of which is polycaprolactone (PCL) is placed inside or outside the material, wherein the layers in the form of a sheet of biodegradable polymer and biodegradable nonwoven layers are placed alternately, wherein the share of biodegradable polymer micro and nanofibers in the form of polycaprolactone (PCL) is at least 50% by weight in relation to the remaining biodegradable polymers forming the nonwoven layer. The subject of the application is also a method of producing multilayer materials from biodegradable polymers by combining the layers.
