Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do badania wzniosu i kąta nabiegania koła lub zestawu kołowego, zwłaszcza pojazdów szynowych, zawierające konstrukcję nośną przymocowaną do obudowy łożyska zestawu kołowego, w skład której wchodzi podłużny element równoległy do szyny kolejowej, po której porusza się badany zestaw kołowy, wyposażone w laserowe czujniki przemieszczenia i charakteryzujące się tym, że posiada płytę mocującą (1), której dolna krawędź jest połączona nieruchomo z belką poziomą (2), której obydwa końce są połączone prostopadle z poziomymi wspornikami poprzecznymi (4), przy czym każdy z nich jest wyposażony w płytkę mocującą (5) laserowe czujniki pomiarowe (6), których wiązki laserowe są skierowane w kierunku główki szyny, po której porusza się badany zestaw kołowy.The subject of the application is a device for testing the rise and angle of attack of a wheel or a wheel set, especially of rail vehicles, comprising a supporting structure attached to the bearing housing of the wheel set, comprising an elongated element parallel to the railway rail on which the tested wheel set runs, equipped with laser displacement sensors and characterised in that it has a mounting plate (1) the lower edge of which is fixedly connected to a horizontal beam (2), both ends of which are connected perpendicularly to horizontal cross supports (4), each of which is equipped with a mounting plate (5) for laser measuring sensors (6), the laser beams of which are directed towards the head of the rail on which the tested wheel set runs.
