Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest złącze ortopedyczne kabla do cerklażu stosowane w ortopedii i traumatologii w zestawach do unieruchamiania odłamów kostnych, zwłaszcza wszystkich kości długich. Złącze ortopedyczne kabla do cerklażu z możliwością odcięcia nadmiaru kabla (1) zawierające w korpusie zacisku (2) co najmniej dwa otwory, jeden pod kabel (2A), a drugi pod element śrubowy oraz zawierające dociskowy element śrubowy (4) charakteryzuje się tym, że w korpusie zacisku (2) posiada otwór przelotowy (2E) pod narzędzie odcinające, który usytuowany jest poprzecznie do osi wzdłużnej mocowanego kabla (1). Kabel (1) dociskany jest do korpusu zacisku (2) poprzez element śrubowy (4), który osadzony jest w dociskowym otworze znajdującym się w płytce dociskowej. Wokół przelotowego otworu (2E) w korpusie zacisku (2) wykonane są podcięcia pozycjonujące, zaś w otworze (2A) do wprowadzenia kabla (1) gniazdo (2B) na zakuwkę kabla (1). Złącze w korpusie zacisku (2) w przelotowym otworze (2E) i w płytce dociskowej (3) w miejscu kontaktu z kablem (1) posiada nacięcia promieniowe lub zwiększające siłę zacisku kabla (1).
