Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania opakowań z polipropylenowej folii spienionej przeznaczonych do dań na wynos, który charakteryzuje się tym, że recyklat polipropylenu PP w postaci przemiału lub granulatu o wskaźniku szybkości płynięcia 0,2 g/10 min do 10 g/10 min przed procesem wytłaczania poddaje się procesowi dekontaminacji przez podgrzewanie w przepływie gorącego powietrza do temperatury od 60°C do 100°C przez 1 do 10 godzin, pod obniżonym ciśnieniem od 1000 do 0,01 mbar lub w przepływie gazu obojętnego 0,1 l/h/kg – 0,5 l/h/kg surowca, po czym surowiec po dekontaminacji chłodzi się do temperatury poniżej 60°C i kieruje do głównej wytłaczarki jedno- lub dwuślimakowej.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing packaging from foamed polypropylene film intended for takeaway meals, which is characterized in that the PP polypropylene recyclate in the form of regrind or granulate with a melt flow rate of 0.2 g/10 min to 10 g/10 min is subjected to a decontamination process before the extrusion process by heating in a flow of hot air to a temperature of 60°C to 100°C for 1 to 10 hours, under reduced pressure of 1000 to 0.01 mbar or in an inert gas flow of 0.1 l/h/kg - 0.5 l/h/kg of raw material, after which the raw material after decontamination is cooled to a temperature below 60°C and directed to the main single- or twin-screw extruder.
