Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element pakujący z tworzywa sztucznego stosowany do opasywania jednego lub więcej przedmiotów. Element pakujący z tworzywa sztucznego wykonany z politereftalanu etylenu i politereftalanu etylenu z recyklingu poużytkowych odpadów stanowi w szczególności taśma mająca kształt w przekroju poprzecznym prostokąta lub zbliżony do prostokąta lub linka mająca kształt w przekroju poprzecznym koła lub elipsy lub żyłka mająca kształt w przekroju poprzecznym koła lub elipsy, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera 80 – 95% politereftalan etylenu z recyklingu poużytkowych odpadów oraz 1 – 3% kopolimeru zwiększającego lepkość, a pozostałą część stanowi politereftalan etylen.
