A system for generating and continuously supplying energy to the end recipient equipped with a turbine generator with a vertical axis of rotation in cyclical or continuous operation, a device for accelerating the turbine shaft in the form of an electric motor and a transformer is characterized in that it has a control system (5) coupled via an inverter (6) connected to an external energy source (7) with a device (1) for accelerating a turbine (2) with a vertical axis of rotation, which is coaxially connected to a generator (3) connected to a control system (5) and detachably to a transformer (4), where the transformer (4) is also connected to the control system (5) and the output (13) to the network, and the control system (5) is connected to an energy storage device (14) and the output (13) to the network.
