Abstract
Sposób bioremediacji gruntów zanieczyszczonych olejem kreozotowym charakteryzuje się tym, że do gleby wprowadza się poprzez zraszanie biopreparat bakteryjny Bacillus pumilus 2A o gęstości optycznej OD600 2,4, w ilości 2 - 3 l/m2 skażonego gruntu, następnie homogenizuje się grunt i prowadzi proces bioremediacji w okresie 160 - 180 dni, utrzymując wilgotność gruntu na poziomie 25% - 30%, dokonując napowietrzania co 10 - 14 dni, kolejno po 30 dniach powtarza się wprowadzenie biopreparatu bakteryjnego Bacillus pumilus 2A o gęstości optycznej OD600 2,4 w takiej samej dawce jak pierwotnie. Następnie w okresie 50 - 60 dni wprowadza się poprzez zraszanie biopreparatem enzymatycznym enzymów Mucor racemosus A37 w postaci zawiesiny w wodzie o stężeniu 8 - 10g/l, w ilości 2 - 3 l/m2 gruntu i przeprowadza homogenizację gruntu i kontynuuje proces bioremediacji.
