Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do ergonomicznej personalizacji mebli, zwłaszcza tapicerowanych, jakie zawiera podstawę (1), do jakiej parami zamocowane są przez przeguby (2) siłowniki liniowe (3 i 5), które od przeciwnej w stosunku do podstawy (1) strony zamocowane są do ramy konstrukcyjnej konfiguracji siedziska (4), przy czym rama konstrukcyjna konfiguracji siedziska (4) wyposażona jest w co najmniej jedną prowadnicę kulową (6) przesuwu ramy i obrotu oparcia (7), jaka wsparta jest na podwójnej parze siłowników (8) łączących ramę oparcia (7) z ramą konstrukcyjną konfiguracji siedziska (4), a na elementach ramowych urządzenia, tj. na ramie konstrukcyjnej konfiguracji siedziska (4) i ramie oparcia (7) umieszczone są tapicerowane i wymienne panele. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób ergonomicznej personalizacji mebli, zwłaszcza tapicerowanych według wynalazku w jakim na ramie konstrukcyjnej konfiguracji siedziska (4) i ramie oparcia (7) umieszcza są tapicerowane i wymienne panele, a następnie, po zajęciu miejsca przez użytkownika, zmieniając długość siłowników liniowych, określa się pożądane z punktu widzenia konkretnego użytkownika kąty pochylenia elementów stelaża oraz ich odległość od poziomu podłoża, uzyskane dane pomiarowe wraz z danymi produkcyjnymi notuje się i na ich podstawie generuje się dane zlecenia dla co najmniej stolarni, gdzie wykonuje się stelaż mebla, rozkroju pianek oraz dla rozkroju tkanin i szwalni.
