Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania cienkościennych opakowań spożywczych z tworzyw sztucznych w procesie formowania wtryskowego. Sposób wytwarzania cienkościennych opakowań spożywczych z tworzyw polimerowych formowanych w procesie wtryskiwania tworzyw do formy, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie, w fazie wtrysku, określona porcja tworzywa jest wtryskiwana do niecałkowicie zamkniętej formy teleskopowej jako wypełnienie gniazda formującego przy małym ciśnieniu tworzywa w gnieździe i następnie po zakończeniu fazy wtrysku bądź jeszcze podczas fazy wtrysku następuje przesunięcie podzespołu ruchomego formy i całkowite jej zamknięcie oraz ostateczne wypełnienie gniazda tworzywem, przy czym centralny kanał wlewowy układu doprowadzania tworzywa do gniazda zamyka się na początku fazy prasowania.
