Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy filament, stanowiący mieszaninę polimeru z domieszką metaliczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że polimer stanowi poli(tereftalan etylenu) modyfikowany glikolem, a domieszkę metaliczną stanowi sproszkowana stal nierdzewna 316L w ilości od 1% do 35% wagowych w stosunku do masy suchego polimeru. Sposób wytwarzania hybrydowego filamentu do wytwarzania addytywnego, polegający na wytłoczeniu polimeru z domieszką metaliczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że wytłacza się granulat poli(tereftalanu etylenu) modyfikowanego glikolem i sproszkowaną stal nierdzewną 316L w ilości od 1% do 35% wagowych w stosunku do masy suchego polimeru otrzymując hybrydowy filament, przy czym wytłaczanie prowadzi się w temperaturze od 220°C do 250°C.
