Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest linia do mechanicznego oczyszczania cebuli, mająca zastosowanie w przemysłowych procesach obrabiania cebuli. Linia według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że urządzenie do odmuchu (2) suchej łuski z cebuli połączone jest z koszem zasypowym (1) za pomocą transportera taśmowego, korzystnie zamocowanego względem podłoża pod kątem zawierającym się w zakresie od 35° do 50°, najkorzystniej 45°, w którego górnej strefie zamocowany jest układ nacinania łuski cebuli, przy czym do transportera taśmowego zamocowane są zabieraki, a korzystnie układ nacinania zamocowany jest w górnej strefie transportera taśmowego w taki sposób, że elementy tnące ustawione są wzdłuż linii zabieraków, natomiast urządzenie do odmuchu (2) suchej łuski z cebuli wyposażone jest w transporter ślimakowy oraz dysze odmuchujące osadzone na co najmniej jednej obrotowej tarczy, gdzie ruch obrotowy tarcz uzyskiwany jest poprzez sprzęgnięcie silnika z elementami obrotowymi tarcz za pomocą zębatej przekładni pasowej.The subject of the application is a line for mechanical cleaning of onions, applicable in industrial onion processing processes. The line according to the invention is characterized in that the device for blowing off (2) dry onion skin is connected to the hopper (1) by means of a belt conveyor, preferably mounted with respect to the substrate at an angle in the range of 35° to 50°, most preferably 45°, in the upper zone of which an onion skin cutting system is mounted, wherein drivers are mounted to the belt conveyor, and preferably the cutting system is mounted in the upper zone of the belt conveyor in such a way that the cutting elements are positioned along the line of drivers, while the device for blowing off (2) dry onion skin is equipped with a screw conveyor and blowing nozzles mounted on at least one rotating disc, wherein the rotary movement of the discs is obtained by coupling the engine with the rotating elements of the discs by means of a toothed belt transmission.
