Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiona na rysunku uchylna bariera ochronna. Uchylna bariera ochronna stanowi zabezpieczenie ramp i platform załadowczych w miejscach dokowania samochodów, zwłaszcza przy pracach za- i/lub wyładunkowych. Bariera jest uchylna w zakresie 90 stopni i wyposażona w skrzydła o regulowanej długości.
