Abstract

Konstrukcja powierzchni wymiany ciepła ze strukturą żebrową, charakteryzuje się tym, że strukturę żebrową stanowią elementy turbulizujące (4), usytuowane w rzędach, tak, że elementy turbulizujące (4) w sąsiednich rzędach usytuowane są naprzemiennie względem siebie. Korzystnie przekrój poprzeczny elementów turbulizujących (4) ma kształt profilu lotniczego, lub elipsy, lub okręgu. Sposób wytwarzania płyty ze wspomnianą konstrukcją żebrową polega na tym, że elementy turbulizujące (4) i ramkę wycina się z arkusza blachy, a następnie wytworzone elementy turbulizujące (4) i wytworzoną ramkę nakłada się na powierzchnię płyty i je pozycjonuje, a następnie poddaje łączeniu z korpusem płyty przy pomocy technologii spajania dyfuzyjnego.
