The subject of the invention is a mine sorting crusher, intended especially for the mechanical processing of coal. Methods of crushing coal and other minerals using crushing machines are known, the most commonly used being jaw, two-roll or hammer crushers. The crushers listed have many common disadvantages, namely large overall dimensions, a uniform construction that takes up a lot of space, and a high weight that makes transportation difficult. They have relatively low efficiency. Furthermore, they produce varying grain sizes and large amounts of fines, and at the same time require cooperation with sorters or screeners. Crushing devices with the features described above cannot be used for mechanical processing. *) The patent owner has declared that the co-authors of the invention are Eugeniusz Bak, M.Sc. Eng., Roman Zahaczewski, M.Sc. Eng., and Tadeusz Olech. [The text appears to be incomplete in context.] The crusher according to the invention meets the requirements for underground machines, both in terms of its design and operation. Compared to other known types of crushers, it has the following advantages: relatively small dimensions, which allow it to be used even in low and narrow mine workings, it is lightweight, which allows it to be transported even in difficult mining conditions, it can be dismantled into parts that are easy to carry, and it produces a relatively uniform grain size of the crushed output with only a small fines content, which is due to the design solution that allows for gradual crushing. Further advantages of the crusher according to the invention include high efficiency, as it allows for the use of an increased number of rotations of the working roller, independent operation without an additional sorter, the role of which is fulfilled by the retaining wall grid, saving space, weight, drive power, etc., and finally, it is reliable in operation, insensitive to overloads, and safe and resistant to failures, which is achieved by the use of a special structure and a flexible, flexible suspension of the retaining wall. The crusher according to the invention differs from known crushers in its principle of operation and construction. It simultaneously performs two tasks: it crushes the coal and divides it into screenings of granulation. H^HaSall^!4^^iraykaz for hydraulic transport). Crushing in the crusher takes place continuously, between the teeth of the rotating shaft and the retaining wall, wherein one of the crushing elements, i.e., the grid retaining wall, also serves as a sorter. The crusher can produce any desired grain size limit by selecting appropriate crushing assemblies, i.e., the toothed rings of the roller and the grid wall. An important feature of the crusher's construction and at the same time its great advantage are: a collapsible casing of welded construction, a collapsible crushing roller with replaceable toothed working rings, a grid retaining wall and its flexible, elastic rotary suspension. The construction of the crusher according to the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the crusher from the drive side, Fig. 2 — a longitudinal section along line A—A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 — a cross-section along line B—B in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 — a cross-section through the grid retaining wall along line C—C in Fig. 3, and Fig. 5 shows the arrangement of toothed rings and the structure of the working surface of the grid. The crusher according to the invention essentially consists of a body 1, a crushing roller 2 with a drive and a grated retaining wall 3, which also serves as a sorting device, along with suspension and adjustment. The body I of the crusher is dismantled and consists of side walls 4, forming support frames 5 at the bottom, and a hopper 6 at the top, spreader beams 7 and a front wall 8. These parts are connected to each other by means of screws 9. The side walls have ribs and are reinforced in the upper part with ties 20, provided with nuts on both sides. The bearings 11 of the gearbox shaft and the bearings 12 of the crushing roller 2 shaft are attached to the frames 5. All bearings are equipped with grease nipples 13. The crushing roller 2 is mounted by means of picks 15 on the roller 14, which rests in bearings 12. A gear wheel 16 is mounted on the shaft H, receiving the drive from the gear wheel 17 mounted on the gearbox shaft 18. The wheels 16, 11 are covered with a cover 35. The crusher can be driven by an air or electric motor, by means of a belt transmission 31 or a gear transmission, transmitting the torque to the shaft 18. The crushing roller 2 consists of a drum 19* equipped with four keys 20, toothed working rings 22, pushed onto the drum 19 so that their splines 21 fit into the keys 20, and setting rings 25, connected to each other by screws 26, which fix the position and fix the working rings 22 on the drum 19 in the semi-axial direction. The working rings 22 have large crushing teeth 23 and teeth Small crushing teeth 24 with the shapes and spacing shown in the drawing (fig. 3). A variation of the arrangement of large teeth 23 on the drum 19 is shown in the drawing (fig. 5), where the teeth in the adjacent rings 22 are shifted relative to each other by an angle of 30°. The retaining grid wall 3, which also serves as a sorter (sifter), has a double-concave working surface (fig. 3), adapted to a two-stage crushing cycle, wherein the lower concave section of the wall extends beyond the vertical axis of the shaft 14 of the roll 2. The wall is pivotally mounted on a pin 27 mounted in the side walls 4 of the casing h and is supported at the bottom flexible cylindrical yoke 29 on the shaft 28, which is suspended by means of adjusting rods 30, supported by springs 31 on the front wall 8 of the hull 1. The rod pins 30 have adjusting nuts 32, which serve to set the tension of the springs 31 and the position of the grid retaining wall 3. The axes of the rods 30 remain tangential to the circle formed by the movement of the retaining wall 3 around the rod 27. The grid wall 3 closes the hull and the crusher from the side facing the crushing teeth 23, 24, between the hopper 6 and the outlet opening 36. The working surface of the grid The retaining wall 3 has a system of grooves 33, 38 appropriately selected to the shape and size of the crushing teeth 23, 24, and at the same time it has openings 34, which act as meshes of a sorter (sifter) for the crushed coal. Another solution (surface of the grid retaining wall 3, provided with teeth 39 (fig. 5). - 2 - The determined "output" granulation of the mined charge is obtained by selecting rings 22 with appropriate sizes of teeth 23, 24, grid retaining wall 3 with appropriate surface of grooves 33, 38 and size of openings 34. The partition 40 separates the crushed and sorted coal from the unsorted coal thrown out through the opening Output 36. The described mine coal crusher is designed to crush coal and separate granulations larger than the intended one. The coal processing process in the crusher according to the invention is as follows. The lumps of coal fed to the feeder 6 move down between the side walls 4 of the casing 1, under the influence of their own weight. The crushing teeth 23, 24 of the rotating roller 2 move the pressed lumps between the surfaces of the grooves 33, 38 of the retaining wall 3 and the toothed surfaces of the rings 22, y, and in their further movement they press them between these surfaces deeper and deeper. The distance between the surface of the wall 3 and the rings 22 gradually decreases during the downward movement in the direction of rotation of the roller 2, which causes an increase in pressure on the crushed material between the surfaces of the grooves 33, 38 and the advancing crushing teeth 23, 24, and a gradual increase in its fragmentation as it moves towards the outlet opening 36. At this time, as the crushed grains reach the size of the holes 34 in the grid-shaped retaining wall 3, they fall through them or are pressed through them, producing fractions of the desired granulation. Grains not crushed to the desired size are ejected by the movement of the teeth 23, 24 through the outlet opening 36, beyond the partition 40. The flexible elastic suspension of the retaining wall The connection of the grid wall 3 with the setting rods 30 and springs 31, and the pivot mounting on the pin 21, prevents overloading of the crushing units*, i.e. the teeth 23, 24 and the groove surfaces 33, 38, because in the event of excessive pressures, the grid wall 3, through the rods 30, bends against the springs 31 and, rotating on the pin 21, deflects, increasing the distance between the surfaces of the rings 22 and the surface of the grid wall 3, which allows the displacement and expulsion of the body causing the overload. In this way, the crusher is protected against damage by hard foreign bodies contained in the mined material. Possible damage to the teeth 23 or 24 can be quickly repaired. removed by replacing individual rings 22 on drum 29. PL PL
