Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest panel do montażu wykonany ze słupków, poprzeczek oraz sposób wykonania panelu. Przedmiot zgłoszenia jest przeznaczony do budownictwa, w tym ogrodzeń, bram, furtek, wiat, garaży, balkonów, barierek. Panel zbudowany jest z co najmniej jednego profilu, do którego mocowane są dwa słupki na każdym z końców profilu, charakteryzuje się tym, że w każdym słupku (2) jest co najmniej jeden mocujący otwór odpowiadający profilowi (4), w który wsunięty jest koniec profilu (4), przy czym w części profilu (4), która znajduje się wewnątrz słupka (2), umiejscowiony jest przelotowy wykonany na wskroś blokujący otwór (6), który przechodzi od powierzchni górnej, do powierzchni dolnej profilu (4), ponadto w blokującym otworze (6) umiejscowiony jest pręt (3) z blokadą (1) w swojej górnej części. Sposób wykonania panelu jak opisano charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje etapy: wykonuje się co najmniej jeden mocujący otwór w słupku (2); przelotowo w zakończeniach profilu (4) wykonuje się blokujące otwory (6) biegnące zasadniczo pionowo od jego górnej powierzchni, aż do dolnej powierzchni; wsuwa się koniec profilu (4) w mocujący otwór tak, że blokujące otwory (6) znajdują się wewnątrz słupka (2); wewnątrz słupka (2) wsuwa się pręt (3) w blokujące otwory (6) profili (4); wykonuje się blokadę (1) na końcu pręta (3).The subject of the application is a panel for assembly made of posts, crossbars and a method of making the panel. The method of making the panel as described is characterized in that it comprises the steps of: making at least one fastening hole in the post (2); in the ends of the profile (4) locking holes (6) are made running substantially vertically from its upper surface to its lower surface; the end of the profile (4) is inserted into the mounting hole so that the locking holes (6) are located inside the post (2); inside the post (2) the rod (3) is inserted into the locking holes (6) of the profiles (4); a locking (1) is made at the end of the rod (3).
