Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna do zastosowania w zapobieganiu łagodzeniu wczesnych odczynów skórnych wywołanych napromienianiem u chorych leczonych z powodu nowotworów, składająca się z fazy wodnej i fazy silikonowej, podczas gdy faza wodna obejmuje co najmniej jeden rozpuszczalny w wodzie związek będący źródłem jonów cynku, a zawartość fazy silikonowej w kompozycji wynosi nie mniej niż 10% wag.
