Abstract
Sposób wykonywania i łączenia elementów składowych korpusu przepustnicy lub korpusu klapy, w którym z blachy o grubości od 5 mm do 15 mm wycina się dowolnym sposobem płaskie elementy łącznie z otworami i zagina się je na kształt ceowników oraz łączy się za pomocą spawania, polega na tym, że wycina się dwa płaskie elementy łącznie z otworami (1) i szczelinami (2), zagina się przeciwległe boki tych płaskich elementów uzyskując dwa ceowniki (3) zawierające w półkach otwory (1) i w pobliżu końców środnika szczeliny (2), oraz wycina się dwa płaskie elementy łącznie z otworami (1, 4) i korzystnie z prostokątnymi otworami (5), zagina się przeciwległe boki tych płaskich elementów i uzyskuje się dwa ceowniki (6) mające na końcach prostokątne wsporniki (7) stanowiące przedłużenie środników, zaś każdy ceownik (6) posiada otwory (1) w półkach, otwór (4) w środniku oraz prostokątne otwory (5) we wspornikach (7), następnie wkłada się wsporniki (7) ceowników (6) w szczeliny (2) ceowników (3) i w prostokątne otwory (5) wsuwa się kliny (8) tak, że każdy klin (8) opiera się o środniki ceowników (3, 6) oraz końce ceowników (3, 6) łączy się ze sobą za pomocą spawania, w miejscach stanowiących narożniki.The method of making and connecting the components of a damper body or a flap body, in which flat elements together with holes are cut out in any way from a sheet of metal from 5 mm to 15 mm thick and bent into the shape of channel sections and connected by welding, consists in cutting out two flat elements together with holes (1) and slots (2), bending the opposite sides of these flat elements to obtain two channel sections (3) containing holes (1) in the shelves and slots (2) near the ends of the web, and cutting out two flat elements together with holes (1, 4) and preferably with rectangular holes (5), bending the opposite sides of these flat elements to obtain two channel sections (6) having rectangular supports (7) at their ends constituting an extension of the webs, and each channel section (6) has holes (1) in the shelves, an opening (4) in the web and rectangular holes (5) in the supports (7), then inserting wedges (8) are inserted into the supports (7) of the channels (6) into the slots (2) of the channels (3) and into the rectangular holes (5) so that each wedge (8) rests on the webs of the channels (3, 6) and the ends of the channels (3, 6) are joined together by welding in the corners.
