Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest granulator zawierający obudowę, stożkowy obrotowy bęben granulacyjny znajdujący się wewnątrz obudowy oraz silnik napędzający bęben granulacyjny, przy czym bęben granulacyjny zawiera w swoim wnętrzu dysze do doprowadzenia cieczy granulacyjnej; znamienny tym, że bęben granulacyjny (10) jest wykonany z materiału dielektrycznego i jest elektrycznie izolowany od obudowy (11) granulatora, przy czym na całej długości wewnętrznej powierzchni bębna granulacyjnego (10) znajdują się przegrody (15) z polipropylenu, o wysokości od 8 do 10 mm, przy czym średnica wlotowa bębna granulacyjnego (10) jest o 30% większa niż jego średnica wylotowa. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również granulator do prowadzenia tego sposobu oraz granulowany środek ulepszania gleby wytworzony tym sposobem.The subject of the invention is a granulator comprising a housing, a conical rotating granulation drum located inside the housing and a motor driving the granulation drum, wherein the granulation drum contains nozzles inside it for supplying granulation liquid; characterized in that the granulation drum (10) is made of a dielectric material and is electrically insulated from the housing (11) of the granulator, wherein along the entire length of the inner surface of the granulation drum (10) there are partitions (15) made of polypropylene, with a height of 8 to 10 mm, wherein the inlet diameter of the granulation drum (10) is 30% larger than its outlet diameter. The subject of the invention is also a granulator for carrying out this method and a granulated soil improvement agent produced by this method.
