Abstract

Materiał kompozytowy do wytwarzania dachówek fotowoltaicznych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera objętościowo 20% - 35% paliwa alternatywnego, 30% - 40% piasków odpadowych oraz 35% - 40% piasku kwarcowego, korzystnie 35% paliwa alternatywnego, 30% piasków odpadowych oraz 35% piasku kwarcowego, przy czym jako paliwo alternatywne stosuje się polietylenem o wysokiej gęstości HDPE oraz polietylen o niskiej gęstości LDPE w stosunku wagowym 3:1, zaś piaski odpadowe to piaski pochodzące z separatorów z przemysłowych oczyszczalni ścieków, odpadowe frakcje mineralne z kopalni powstałe przy produkcji kruszyw budowlanych i odpadowa podbudowa dróg w stosunku wagowym 1:1:1. Korzystnie, ziarna poszczególnych składników mają frakcję wielkości od 3 mm do 8 mm, przy czym dodany jest barwnik w postaci tlenku żelaza lub sadzy technicznej.
