Abstract
Sposób wykonania rury instalacyjnej PE polega na wymuszeniu obrotowego ruchu powietrzu chłodzącemu wytłaczanemu do wytłaczanej rury dyssypatora (7). Dyssypator (7) ma postać cylindra o długości 200 — 1400 mm i średnicę 1 - 10 mm mniejszą od średnicy wewnętrznej wytłaczanej rury. Dyssypator (7), na swej całej długości, zaopatrzony jest spiralny rowek o zmiennej głębokości, którego głębokość wynosi od 5% średnicy zewnętrznej dyssypatora (7) u jego czoła do 40% średnicy zewnętrznej dyssypatora (7) u jego podstawy. Kąt stożka wyznaczającego zmniejszenie głębokości spiralnego rowka wynosi od 0,5° do 5°, wysokość pojedynczego zwoju wynosi 4 - 50 mm, a powierzchnia przekroju spiralnego rowka w jego najgłębszym miejscu wynosi od 5 mm2 do 2500 mm2. Rura instalacyjna PE, wykonana sposobem i przy pomocy dyssypatora (7), charakteryzuje się zmniejszoną wartością naprężeń wewnętrznych ocenianych na podstawie wartości skurczu termicznego, który wynosi do 1%.
