Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cienkościenny profil aluminiowy przeznaczony na konstrukcje systemowe fasad zewnętrznych. Cienkościenny profil aluminiowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowią go usytuowane symetrycznie względem siebie i osi poprzecznej łukowe ścianki (1a i 1b), połączone w szczytowych punktach ścianą płaską (2), zaś w skrajach łukowymi ściankami (3), przy czym w strefie środka profilu ścianki (1a i 1b) połączone są z co najmniej jedną ścianką łączącą (4), poza tym na każdej z łukowych powierzchni wewnętrznych ma korzystnie symetrycznie usytuowane co najmniej dwa wzdłużne wypusty (5) na długości w przybliżeniu równej długości profilu, o wysokości maksymalnej h=2mm.The subject of the application is a thin-walled aluminum profile intended for system structures of external facades. The thin-walled aluminum profile is characterized in that it consists of arched walls (1a and 1b) arranged symmetrically with respect to each other and the transverse axis, connected at the peak points by a flat wall (2), and at the edges by arched walls (3), wherein in the zone of the middle of the profile the walls (1a and 1b) are connected with at least one connecting wall (4), and in addition, on each of the arched inner surfaces it has preferably symmetrically arranged at least two longitudinal projections (5) on a length approximately equal to the length of the profile, with a maximum height of h=2 mm.
