Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest okno dachowe i sposób montażu tego okna. Okno zbudowane z ościeżnicy i skrzydła z pakietem szybowym oraz skrzydło okna dachowego osadzone jest w obwodzie ościeżnicy za pomocą pary zawiasów, a ościeżnica zbudowana jest z czterech ramiaków połączonych ze sobą w prostokątną ramę, tj. ramiaka górnego (11), ramiaka dolnego (13) i dwóch ramiaków bocznych, przy czym ramiak górny (11) w stanie zamontowanym w dachu znajduje się najwyżej w dachu oraz ramiaki ościeżnicy posiadają wskaźniki głębokości (4) montażu okna w dachu, znamienne tym, że w stanie zamontowanym w dachu, kąt α nachylenia okna dachowego w dachu mieści się w zakresie 1° - 30° oraz kąt α jest inny niż kąt β nachylenia dachu.
