Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest prozdrowotny napój na bazie soku brzozowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zwiera od 90% do 97% wagowych, naturalnego soku brzozowego, od 1% do 3% wagowych ekstraktu z kwiatów pierwiosnka lekarskiego oraz od 2% do 7% ekstraktu z kwiatów miodunki. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania napoju na bazie soku z brzozy obejmuje cztery etapy, to jest przygotowania soku brzozowego, przygotowania ekstraktów z kwiatów pierwiosnka oraz miodunki, homogenizacja składników i pasteryzacji, przy czym proces homogenizacji sonicznej odbywa się przy częstotliwości korzystnie 35 – 45 kHz przez nie mniej niż 300s w atmosferze próżni, korzystnie poniżej 100 Pa.
